Benefits of yoga & meditation
Thinking about the
benefits of yoga & meditation, words come up like inner calm and clarity.
But if I really want to get to the essence of meditation, I would say it is
about finding truth.
When we practices yoga &
meditate, we actually gain a hidden power for a successful life and that is
quite the opposite of our normal approach to life. It may take some courage
especially in the beginning. It requires a willingness to see how things
actually are, instead of how we would like them to be. Yoga give us
flexible body, strong bones, body without any joint pain, relaxation and
healthy life etc. And meditation brings inner calm, concentration, and stress
less life.
We begin to see how we create stories in our minds and get
lost in them. We start to experience there is a vast, peaceful presence in
which everything appears. To me, meditation is a useful tool, a natural
invitation to the heart of who we are.
