                                    Feel the Pain
I feel estranged when people starts blaming their fate for every bad situation. I mean how they get enough time to blame their fate at the time, when they need to find solutions for the concerned  problems. No matter how minor or major the problem is, everyone keeps on saying ‘meri kismet kharab hai’. If kismet (fate) plays such an important role in one’s life, then why people work hard for their survival. I mean they can leave everything on their fate.
Imagine a world where one gets everything without struggle, pain and hassle. He will enjoy such things for a certain period. Slowly but surely, the adventure and  excitement in life will diminish. The day will come, when life will loose all its charm. Everyday will be the same day and this will led to the extreme state of boredom.
Whenever things go wrong, one should think “Zyada se zyada kya hoga” and this takes us to the extreme height of happenings. Then whatever the result may be, it will be less then what you expected. Learn to enjoy the hardness of life, then automatically you will be blessed with the soft side of life.

An idea??

The world is going through a financial crises and so is the common man. But this is not the first time that such an economic crunch has happend and whenever it has happend before it has also been quit favourable for a small fraction of the society. What is so special about this fraction? It is only the fact that they did not course the world market and sit back. And nor did they devise new plans to save capital and assets like many others. So what did they do? They thought differently. There thinking made them distinct. That is why today they are established people. Did you know 30% of the multinationals that exist today were set up in the time of financial crunch. In the commercial market the most valuable commodity that exist is called an idea. People sell ideas for billions, and incredibly they do get buyers!!. Nowadays, companies and media like Goolge and Economic Times run initiatives to literally ‘purchase’ ideas and promote them. Initiatives from the ingenious media totally like Lead India and Teach India sell like hotcakes. Why are ideas so valuable? This is because,
In today’s highly competitive commercial market, intelligent ideas are highly sought after. A modern-daymultination brand cannot afford to advertise itself through a typical rhyme of the nineties, and nor can they do by just  keeping-in a few stars or sportmen like Sachin Tendulkar and MSDhoni. Along with famous faces, they also need breakthrough ad-scripts.
A recent hotcake concept was that  of the chairman of  Ontend Creative Partners-Stephen C.Lundin, also a business school professor and author  of the  bestselling FISH philosophy. He describes “FISH” philosophy in his own words: The idea behind the “FISH” philosophy was derived at a fish market in Seattle.  This market creates such a powerful experience that it has become an international tourist destination.  People from all over all over the world travel to Settle to hang out with a group of happy and motivated fish mongers.  The philosophy descaribes the essence of what constitutes  a workplace with a high level of natural energy.  We labelled the ingredients found in the fish market, ingredients that are found in a work place that has a high quality of work and an amazing  connections with workers. We called the ingredients ‘Play’, ‘Make their day’, ‘Be there’ and ‘Choose your Attitude’’’.
How has he followed this discipline? : “People ask me how I can have so much fun when things are so bad. A few years ago, my girl was killed in a car accident with a drunk driver. I made my choice. No matter how things were, I was alive. The fish! Philosophy is free. It honours life. It is a source of energy which leads to productivity and it creates an enovation promoting environment. And that my friend is the power of ideas.

money...

As oxygen if for respiration
Water is for circulation
Money is for celebration
For coming generation to generation...
Money plays a very important role in our life.In today’s world,it is said that money can buy everything. Often we say that the world has runned so fast nd is running fast we donot have time but actually we are following and cashing money...  Few movies have been made such as money hai to honey hai, cash hai to aish hai etc. and yes, at many places it has been seen that money really plays a very crucial role in our life. In every stage mney is required for different purpose .. According to the constitution of India, everyone is equal, but still there are differences made on the basis of wealth But I personally do not like it at all……….

Dosti .. humari kahin hui baat agar aap logo na suni hogi ... < as money can buy a beautiful bed but cannot give a sweet dream ..>  a single thing u cant buy from ur cash is love n friendship.

I agree that money has some importance, but there are

few things called relations, there are few things called humanity, friendship, love and affection. These are much more important than money. But I feel very sad, that many few people are ready to accept it. Mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, friends

do not matters for them, but what matters is money.

Always remember, money can help you to buy the luxuries of life, but cannot get the real usage of them. money can help you to buy a bed,

but it cannot give you the proper sleep….

Money is a boon for anyone till the day it meant for internal satisfaction and happiness. But the day it comes to show off and prove oneself superior than others, it becomes a bane.

At last I would just like to say that people must understand their responsibilities, we must help each other at times of miseries, because whatever we do today,we have to see it tomorrow..and one line i.e
. when we have the mother’s pyaar, the father’s fatkaar, the sister’s friendly war,and friends hajaar…then the life becomes very comfortable yaar……..

GEN – NEXT...

It has rightly been said that teenage is “one step after childhood” and “one step before adulthood”. But a question arises is this tricky age easy to get trapped in the temptations and adventures associated with it. Flashy bikes and new cars are the dreams, they wear branded clothes and prefer a glass of coke and French fries. They are very conscious of what they want to become, how they would prefer to be seen and known socially, they try to redefine culture and look things in a fresh way. Meet them they are generation-x.  Will this new generation would be able to keep this rich legacy of traditions flowing to be passed on the generations to come. He or she feels like a bird that has just learnt how to fly, to be on one’s own in the sky. As always there are two sides of the coin, teenage is the time when one has to build up ones career, compete with others and also with one’s own expectations and mainly to come up to the expectations of one’s parents, faculty and friends. So, teenage is the golden time in one’s life which is like seeing life through coloured glasses.
ARE MEDICAL AND ENGINEERING OPTIONS STILL THE SAFEST BET FOR GEN NEXT?
We have stepped into the 21st century but still have not come out of the 19th century mode. It itself suggests our narrow-mindedness. In today’s world the opportunities are no longer restricted to medical and engineering fields. The economy of the world including India’s expanding. This in itself is an indication that there is a scope for other fields. Sports, defence, fashion, modelling, space, law and the media are just some of the examples of areas where one can excel. We have number of world recognized institution which offer courses in the above fields. We are brought up with the dreams of IITs and AIIMS. We are mad to burn the midnight oil, literally. And the result ? Everyone cannot become an IIT graduate. It’s not a question of hard work but to know what one is good at .  A saturation point is about to reach in the medical and engineering fields. There are scores of colleges in almost every state. Today along with good engineers and doctors, we need to honest politicians, good lawyers, journalist and economists. It’s an opening question. They need to identify the areas in which a child can be successful. Doing something beyond the obvious should be the attitude...
Most of the problems emanate from the family itself. The trend of time is such that people prefer nuclear families and the women are mostly job-oriented. The complexities of life leave little or no time with the parents for their children. The school remains the only institution on this front. But unfortunately most of them have become commercial rather that education oriented. The youth experience the latest fashion and celebrate newer festivals like Valentine’s Day, mother’s day, father’s day etc. Which has never been a part of our country? Our own culture and tradition has already so colourful and worth living with, then what is the need for introducing these western trends in our lifestyle. Let’s not forget, that we are the ones who have to strengthen the roots of our culture and traditions and hence the roots of our values and character. The grim reality is that there is a vast ocean of temptations. It has to be a package of to enjoy them but still side by side struggle and work hard in order to ensure a bright future, financial stability, too thereby a sound settlement in life.

A Debt ... !!! Which cannot be remitted

A few more months and then unwanted halt to the roller-coaster ride which was full of masti , fun and frolic. This has been an enjoyable journey with many ups and downs and unfortunately this enjoyment will come to an end before we will realize it.
A school is a scared institution where teachers put in their precious time, valuable efforts and undivided attention to churn out beautiful germs from the students who are being imparted education in such institution. The ties that bind a student with his teachers and school during his school life are the ones which fill his life with a true zeal of happiness and contentment, that make him as strong as an iron pillar to face the hardship and storms that stand awaiting him outside the four walls of school. The memories of school one cherishes with a vibrant smile enlightening his face with a magical glow. School is just like the first monsoon shower –refreshing and exciting. It is a ‘garden’ with students as its flowers and teachers as its gardeners .These flowers are watered with tremendous love and the valuable guidance of their teachers and will wither away in the so called ‘outside world’ where there will be no matter-like teachers to guide them, to protect them, to act as a shield against all the odds of life. School life is a golden treasure and the memories of this treasure will always ring sweet trinkets in our ears. School is where we spend half of our day, more than 14 years of our life. We become a part of this school ‘family’ at a very nascent age where we have our favourite teachers, pals, subjects and what not.
School is a bumper deal packed with lots of fun and adventure. It has its own charm .if on one hand it has reprimands and punishments for our wrong deeds, then on the other hand, it brims with love , affection and guidance of our teachers. If it has classroom rivalries cumbersome homework’s then it is also effulged with fun of getting a free or games periods, curiosity to play amazing and childish pranks , pleasure to bunk periods, amusement and excitement to go to picnics and trips, the togetherness , the lifelong friendships and..............the list is endless..
When we will step out of this world, with ambitious, vigour and enthusiasm into the fiercely competitive world, it is the firm and strong foundation laid at school level, which will help us to surpass every difficulty and to shine as glorious winners.
So, whatever we become in life, whatever field we choose, whatever we achieve in our life, we owe it our school and for that we will remain to our school and teachers through our lives..

Fashion Trends: Change with Time

If anything is unpredictable today, it is fashion. It is said that you cannot dip your finger twice in the same river. It highlights the law of changing and fluctuating. Fashions are no exemption to this law. They come and go and change swiftly with the spirit of times. Fashions come into trend and then go out because man loves change, variety and freshness. Old, routine, stereotyped, old and typecast things are not to his liking. Change and variety is the other name of fashion.  Fashions are infectious as well and spread rapidly like wildfire, especially among young men and women in big towns and cities. Youth is more fashion-conscious because they represent life in terms of energy, courage, expectations, potentialities, and power. They want to look smart, up- to-date, charming and fresh in their dress, styles of shoes, and hair-do, etc. They want to enjoy every moment of life and are full of infinite passion and appetite for it.
Fashions can also be ill-treated as well and become harmful when turned into an obsession. Then they mean waste of time, energy, and money. It is better to be a little out of fashion than to be in fashion at the cost of one’s ethics and maturity. Then there are hotels, restaurants, cinema halls, colleges, universities, schools, and offices, etc. where people see different styles and fashions and then try to imitate or to improve upon the existing ones.
The people in villages, rural areas and remote places remain untouched by the influence of fashion, both, because of lack of means of communication and poverty. But to some extent, they too are affected by new fashions, designs, patterns and way of living and as the process is slow and steady, it takes time for a fashion to reach the villages from the cities through films etc.
Fashion-awareness is a healthy sign as it appeals and pleases people, promotes togetherness, social interaction and enlivens the environment. It is misconceived to link fashion with immorality. But it would be certainly foolish to spend extravagantly on the latest fads and to run after them at the expense of valuable time, energy and resources. It is good to be fashionable but it is better to be simple and dignified because simplicity with dignity is the best and evergreen fashion.
